Casa Carlotta

Casa Carlotta is a self catering holiday home set in its own grounds surrounded by the rolling hills of Le Marche and breathtaking views of Cingoli. On entering the converted stables apartment on the ground floor you are greeted by two large living areas tastefully furnished and finished with light stone floors throughout. One of the living areas has a large dining table and through to the living room there is a working open fireplace and two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. Off of a wide hall way are the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The bespoke hand built kitchen is complete with oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine and separate utility room with washing machine. The two large bathrooms are beautifully tiled throughout, they both have large contemporary enclosed power showers and toilets, bidets and hand basins. The front door leads directly out to the mature garden with its original wood burning pizza oven and private swimming pool (10x4m). There is a terraced area for Al Fresco dining on long summer nights and plenty of shade to be found under the trees or the sail for those hot summer days.   

(Please note, the accommodation is the large ground floor apartment. Although there is a separate locked apartment upstairs accessed via an external staircase this is a private apartment for the owners, however when you stay this will be vacant, and you will have the entire ground floor apartment, gardens and pool to yourselves.)

No smoking indoors and no pets. There is no fencing around the swimming pool, parents and carers are responsible for monitoring children and ensuring their safety around the pool area.

Two large air conditioned triple bedrooms with double bed and single daybed in each. One small childrens twin room. Plus sofa bed in living room. Cots available.

Bathroom summary

Two modern bathrooms both with enclosed power showers, toilet, bidet, and one with double hand basins. Contemporary fittings throughout. Towels, toilet paper and hand soap provided.

Area summary

Casa Carlotta is located near the towns of Jesi & Cingoli and within easy reach of Ancona, Loreto, Recanati and Sarnano, the gateway to the Sibillini mountains. The Beaches of the Adriatic and beautiful Conero coast are within a 30 minute drive. Ideally located being a 20 minute drive from Ancona Falconara Airport. All of the towns mentioned have bars, restaurants, shopping and Macerata also has the summer outdoor opera. There is supermarket 2kms away and smaller shop in the nearby village of San Vittore 5 minutes drive from the house. The nearest restaurant is 5 minute drive away are many there are others within easy reach by car.

Wifi, TV, DVD, Amazon Echo, central under floor heating, parking, linen provided, towels (guest must bring own beach towels), hand soap, fireplace, fridge, freezer, gas oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen utensils and cupboard essentials (olive oil, salt, pepper), dining table (seats 8-10), two childrens high chairs, travel cot, iron, ironing board, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, wheelchair accessible (property is all on one level apart from a small step to get into the lounge, all doors are wide but please note there are no specifically designed disabled amenities such as rails)

For bookings of two weeks or more there will be a mid stay or weekly linen change and light clean of the kitchen and bathrooms.
