Fees and Terms

Casa Carlotta is available to rent between April and October however the unheated swimming pool is only open from the end of May until September. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday however we may be able to be more flexible on arrival and departure day outside of peak season.

Peak rates: June, July, August £1650 per week.

Mid season: May and September £1350 per week.

Discounted rate can be available for bookings of four weeks or longer.

We require a security deposit of £500 which is refundable upon checks of the property after departure.

Cancellation policy: 100% refund 30 days before check in date. 50% refund 14-30 days before check in. No refund for cancellations made with less than 14 days notice.
